A charm starts out as a tiny original sculpture carved by an artist in incredible detail. Then a mold is made from the original and liquid wax is poured into the mold. When the wax hardens it is dipped in plaster until a strong shell is formed around it. Next the plaster shell is baked in a kiln at high temperature until the wax evaporates (that’s how the wax gets lost), leaving a perfect little hollow mold to receive the molten metal the finished charm will be made of.

A lot of time is spent buffing and polishing the finished charms until they sparkle and it’s easy to see that each one of these little gems has earned its RQC quality stamp and no amount of effort has been spared in the process.
